Malcolm Bilson added "Obviously you went out your way for your customers. You earnt their respect. My guess is you knew families and watched their children grow up. I did tell some customers I was leaving after around 20 yrs on same round. Even saw some customers break into tears. But like you this is that special connection to customers.
