1960's Express yogurt in glass jars. Chris Austen comments "These yogurts were produced at "Yogfruit", a facility in Colindale. They were all set curd, incubated in warm water baths, and you could enjoy plain, banana, strawberry and raspberry - a far cry from the multitude of flavours and types which are available today!! Butterfat content was standardised to 3% by the addition of skimmed milk powder; cultures used were lactobacilli Bulgaricus, Thermophilus and one other - which I can't remember!!
