1980's Selection of Express ties presented to George Streeting. Lindsey Cannon, his daughter, explains "Dad was born in 1923 and served in the RAF during WW2 as a night fighter pilot. Dad joined Express Dairies at Morden as Control Checker, and often worked night shifts. He then worked at South Ruislip, Newbury, Didcot, back to South Ruislip then to Exeter, from where he retired in 1986. He died in 2018 a few weeks before his 95th birthday.
