Bill was a kind man who did a lot of charity work. He played the electric organ for pensioners at the old people homes for any special occasions. He also played for cash on a Saturday night in a pub but he only knew the old songs and tunes-which always went down well. After leaving Express he worked at Sainsbury's in the wine department. He was also a gold badge blood donor. Such happy-go-lucky man: a perfect milkman and missed by many." (Express News Autumn)
