1960's? Lloyd Rich comments "Long lost breed, a milkman and his milk float-Electruck Rider milk float. Express Dairy had depots all over London, I remember the one in Blackheath SE3 was in our road and a few of us boys living there in the 60's, growing up, managed to get a milk round at weekends helping one of the many milkmen. We would earn a few Shillings each weekend, and now and then they might let us drive the milk float a little bit on quiet streets, using the same floats as seen here."
